Training
Training and education
I teach communications, engagement, consultation and leadership to postgraduate level, working closely with communications guru John Underwood and the Centre for Health Communication Research (CHCR) and Buckinghamshire New University.
​
As well as being a lead lecturer on the CHCR postgraduate course in Health Communications, Engagement and Consultation, I offer bespoke training and development packages on involving people and communities.

Communication and marketing services
I'm an experienced communications and marketing professional who can help you with content creation, website, media, marketing materials, social media, crisis communications, planning campaigns, strategy, and reviewing your team and function.

I have 20 years + experience in the NHS and local government as well as working for smaller niche businesses. I've dealt with national media interest, elevated local clients to national recognition, devised behaviour change campaigns, and written so many websites, social posts, newsletters, annual reports and documents I can do it in my sleep. I also work with trusted experts to take on bigger projects when needed.

Involving people
I've been leading NHS teams to involve people and communities for many years. Now, as well as offering consultancy and support services to help public sector organisations engage with local people and communities, I teach senior leaders in the NHS at postgraduate level. ​
I'm trained by the Consultation Institute and am a former Associate of theirs and have experience of involving people from a wide range of backgrounds.
