I'm an experienced communications and engagement professional who has worked within the NHS (at director level) and senior level within local government. I can help you with advice and strategy to improve your communication or engagement with stakeholders. I also advise and support not-for-profit organisations with communication and engagement, relationship building and stakeholder management.
As a board and exec level advisor, I am able to review your communication and engagement function, conduct a skills audit, make suggestions, support you to re-energise an existing team or create a new one.
